We ran a series of community workshops, inviting Chinese-speaking groups in Leeds to learn about and creatively respond to the Chinese wallpaper at Harewood House. The workshops explored the rich visual history of the wallpaper and reimagined it through contemporary lived experience, personal storytelling, and digital practice. Insights developed from the workshops informed the direction of the augmented reality intervention in the East Bedroom at Harewood House.
